Digital Learning Programme for Cambridge Global Perspectives

CommonTown has partnered with Marshall Cavandish Education to develop a new digital learning programme aligned with the Cambridge Lower Secondary Global Perspectives framework.

Under this collaboration, CommonTown designed and built a purpose-built online platform featuring interactive e-Worktexts that support inquiry-based learning and structured exploration of global issues. The programme is further strengthened by the integration of more than 20 specialised AI Coaches.

These AI Coaches play a critical role in enabling one-to-one tutoring at scale. They guide students through critical thinking, logical reasoning, perspective analysis, and the development of advanced writing skills using Socratic-style questioning and timely, personalised feedback. This allows each learner to receive individual guidance and scaffolding that would otherwise be difficult to provide consistently in a classroom setting.

Together, the curriculum-aligned content, digital platform, and AI-driven tutoring create a blended learning experience that deepens understanding, supports teachers, and empowers students to think clearly, write confidently, and engage meaningfully with complex global issues.
